4 – Long Island Ice Tea

This classic tastes nothing like an Iced tea (delicious as it is), in fact, there’s no tea in the drink! This refreshing drink combines coca cola with a mixture of spirits and is not one for the faint hearted!

Ingredients

  • 15ml/½fl oz vodka

  • 15ml/½fl oz gin

  • 15ml/½fl oz light rum

  • 15ml/½fl oz orange liqueur

  • 15ml/½fl oz fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml/½fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 tsp sugar syrup

  • cola, to top up

  • lemon wedge, to garnish

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.

  2. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass, top up with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge
