Christmas is getting closer by the day, so to help out you early bird buyers we’ve put together this guide to give you an idea of what to get your boyfriend for Christmas. We’ve gathered ideas to suit a range of budgets and hopefully not make the man in your life pull the awkward gift face (you know the one where they pretend to like it).
Whether you’re on a tight budget this year or maybe agreed not to spend anything at all, there’s still lots of thing you could get him that won’t break the bank…
Food – They say a way to a mans heart is through his stomach. So why not make him his favourite treat or cook him dinner one night! He’ll appreciate the effort you went to & you won’t have to spend much (or anything at all if you already have the ingredients). Check out this great recipe for brownies.
Coupons – Another idea that costs little to nothing, is a coupon book. These are easily hand-made & can be filled with treats your man can redeem & enjoy, such as breakfast in bed or a massage.
Gadgets – Menkind do all sorts of funny gadgets for relatively cheap, whether your man is into DIY, Pranks ect. There’s bound to be something to keep him entertained on Christmas Day! This Power Bank & Induction Speaker is pretty cool.
£25 – £50
Video games – If your guy is into gaming why not treat him to one of the latest games this year. Watch Dogs 2, Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 have all been recently released and are sure to be a hit!
Tickets – Think he’d prefer to do something instead of getting a physical present? Why not get him tickets to see his favourite team/band play or even for a comedian he likes.
Clothes – Does your boyfriend love fashion or hates shopping, but needs some new clothes? A new outfit could be the perfect present for him, check out the ASOS Men’s Style Feed for inspiration. We love this Christmas-y themed jumper.
Tech – This one is probably an easyish option (providing he doesn’t already have everything). Depending on your budget this could be something such as some new headphones, camera or even a laptop. With bigger purchases like this we’d recommend checking what his family are planning on getting him so you don’t both end up buying similar things.
Accessories – Is his favourite belt falling to pieces? Does his wallet need a new update? Investment pieces like this can be the perfect gift if you’re not sure what to get him. This Ted Baker wallet set comes with a card holder too.
Experience Day – For the guy who has everything why not get a gift day instead. These allow you both (or him & a friend if you’re feeling extra generous) to do something a little bit different, like something he’s always wanted to do! Packages range from Hot Air Balloon rides, country breaks, driving experiences and much more. So whether your boyfriend is in to food, football or cars there’s something for everyone!
If you’re still struggling to know what the man in your life wants, just ask him or failing that ask his family. I’m sure he’ll be happy with whatever you decide to go with.
